HOW WE DO
SWAROOP CF PROCESS SUMMARY – Unique Customized Fitting & Post-Fit Follow Up –
SWAROOP CF FOUR STEP STRUCTURED PROCESS
Step 1 – Patient Identification – We never distribute hearing aids – we Custom-Fit hearing aids ensuring proper fit – amplification – listening comfort. Conduct community outreach to identify potential hearing-impaired candidates, pre-register them and take ear impressions as needed to make customearmolds
Step 2 – Hearing Aid Fitting – Fitting hearing aids and custom earmolds to qualified candidates, provide them with batteries and counsel them on proper hearing aid use and care.
Step 3 – Post-Fit Follow Up – Provide hearing aid recipients the Post-Fit follow-up Care services that include additional counselling, batteries and repair and replacement of hearing aids and earmolds. Periodical review and hearing evaluation of beneficiaries and provide replacements and upgradation of hearing aids if needed
Step 4 – Speech Rehabilitation – Mainstreaming – School based program of guidance in Speech Rehabilitation for children fitted with hearing aids to bring the best results through optimal use
